I’m Jason a dedicated runner and Lydiard™ Level 1 & 2 certified running coach with a passion for fitness, personal growth, and helping others achieve their running goals. Coming from New Zealand, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the great outdoors and the refreshing sensation of hitting the pavement.
My own journey with running began in 2015, alongside my faithful companion Pacsi, our beloved dog. Starting with humble 2-3km runs together, I encountered numerous challenges, from building endurance and muscle strength to overcoming mental barriers and pushing through doubts. Yet, through perseverance, consistency, and a steadfast determination to expand my limits, I gradually transformed from a novice runner to someone capable of conquering marathons and ultra-marathons exceeding 100km.
Now, as a certified running coach, I’m on a mission to share the lessons I’ve learned along the way and guide fellow runners on their own transformative journeys. Whether you’re taking your first steps into the world of running or striving to reach new heights in your fitness endeavors, I’m here to offer personalised online coaching, tailored training plans, and unwavering support every step of the way.
With a Bachelor of Physical Education from The University of Auckland and certifications as a Level 1 and 2 Lydiard™ coach, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to my coaching practice. My approach is rooted in the principles of holistic training, focusing not only on physical conditioning but also on mental resilience, nutrition, and injury prevention.
